Received a damaged product? :(

Don’t worry, our policy is simple, quick, and customer-friendly.

  • If you did not receive what you ordered or received a damaged item, notify us within 3 days and the product will be returned free of cost.
  • During the return or exchange process, please ensure that the product is securely packed using either the original packaging or a new one that is similar in quality.
  • While sending it back to us, make sure that the packaging has the right address written or printed on it.
  • Give us 5 business days to return or exchange your items. (Weekends and public holidays are exempted from working days)
  • For size exchanges, customers are requested to return the original item at their own cost. If the desired size or article is in stock, we’ll gladly dispatch the replacement. If there’s a remaining balance to be paid, it must be fulfilled, if not, store credit to be issued instead.
